Hawke's Bay Primary Industries Tertiary Bursary

The Hawke's Bay Primary Industries Tertiary Bursary aims to encourage residents of Hawke's Bay Region to undertake further education or training in primary industry studies. Administered by the Korokipo Branch of Rural Women New Zealand, this bursary is specifically designed for residents of Wairoa, Napier, Hastings or Central Hawkes Bay local authority areas. Bursary recipients will ideally seek employment in the Hawke's Bay area to ensure that the benefits of their learning can be passed on to the Hawke's Bay community and its industries. The grant is to be used for textbooks, course fees, online resources and equipment. Applicants must be New Zealand citizens who are tertiary students studying full-time in the primary industry field. Recipients are required to attend an interview, either in person or online, as part of the selection process.
