Hazel and John Wilson Scholarship Fund in Mathematics

The Hazel and John Wilson Scholarship Fund in Mathematics was established through a bequest by John Wilson, BA '67, to support students majoring in mathematics at the University at Buffalo. This scholarship is awarded to students who demonstrate financial need and must complete the FAFSA. The scholarship gives preference to returning students who have completed at least 40 credit hours and maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher. The award amount varies and is designed to help mathematics students overcome financial challenges that could impact their ability to succeed at UB.
