HCF Mental Health Fund

The HCF Mental Health Fund provides support for early intervention projects that support the mental health, emotional wellbeing and resilience of people living in Herefordshire. Priority is given to projects working with children and young people. The fund is currently focused on investing in Emotional Literacy and Support Assistance (ELSA) training over the next 12 to 18 months and is therefore not currently open to other applications. The average grant award in 2024-25 was £12,200, indicating typical funding levels for mental health and wellbeing projects in the region.
