Hearst Foundation Scholarship

The Hearst Foundation Scholarship is awarded to select undergraduate students enrolled in the College of Engineering and Applied Science (CEAS) at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. The scholarship recognizes academic merit as determined by CEAS, while also supporting students with demonstrated financial need who are first-generation college students (neither parent earned a baccalaureate degree). Eligible majors include Biomedical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering. This scholarship provides vital financial support to deserving engineering students who are breaking new ground in their families by pursuing higher education.
