About This Opportunity
The Heart & Stroke Foundation Students' Association Award in Health Sciences is awarded to a student with satisfactory academic standing enrolled in the third or fourth year of an undergraduate degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Nursing, Pharmacy, Kinesiology, Medical Laboratory Science, Radiation Therapy, Medicine or Dentistry. Selection is based on academic standing and demonstrated leadership, community involvement, innovation and/or research in the area of health. Preference is given to a student underrepresented in their field of study. Students are automatically considered for this award based on their completed General Application at the University of Alberta.
