Heather & Georg J.P. Wowk Leadership and Community Award

The Heather & Georg J.P. Wowk Leadership and Community Award is available to students enrolled in the second year of any degree, diploma, or certificate program at NAIT. This award is granted on the basis of demonstrated leadership, community involvement, volunteerism, or entrepreneurial activities. Preference is given to students who are actively involved in campus activities such as The Nugget, Campus Ambassador Program, NAITSA, student clubs, and other institutional programs. Students must submit an application to be considered for this award. The award provides $2,500 CAD to support outstanding students who demonstrate commitment to leadership and community engagement.
