About this opportunity

The Helen Tkachenko Prize in Russian and/or Ukrainian Language is awarded to students with superior academic achievement enrolled in any year of an undergraduate degree at the University of Alberta. Selection is based on academic standing and demonstrated excellence in Beginners' Russian and/or Beginners' Ukrainian coursework. Preference is given to students with indicated financial need. This prize was established through endowed funds by the late Helen Tkachenko and is administered by the Faculty of Arts.
