Herbert Bertram Falkenstein Graduate Scholarship in Fine Arts

The Herbert Bertram Falkenstein Graduate Scholarship in Fine Arts is awarded to academically outstanding Masters or PhD students in the Faculty of Fine Arts at the University of Victoria whose research focuses on Art History or Asian Studies. One or more scholarships of at least $10,000 each are available. The award is renewable for up to an additional three years, provided the recipient maintains a first-class GPA and demonstrates good progress toward their degree in the opinion of the academic unit. Approval of recipients is made by the Faculty of Graduate Studies Graduate Awards Committee upon recommendation from the Faculty of Fine Arts. No application is required as awards are assigned based on nominations from eligible academic units.
