Herman Huber Entrance Award

Established in 1989, the Herman Huber Entrance Award is available to students entering a full-time program at Lakeland College, Vermilion campus. This entrance award recognizes students who demonstrate academic commitment throughout high school and have made meaningful contributions to their school and community. Applicants must be Alberta residents and must submit a short autobiographical essay describing their contributions to school and/or community life. The award amount varies and is designed to support incoming students at the start of their post-secondary education journey.
