Herringham Scholarship

The Herringham Scholarship is a tuition fee reduction scholarship offered by Royal Holloway, University of London for postgraduate students in the Department of History. The scholarship provides a tuition fee reduction of £8,000 for new full-time or part-time students with either Home or International fee status. At least one scholarship is available annually for students entering postgraduate programs in history-related fields. The scholarship aims to support outstanding students who have achieved, or are expected to achieve, a First Class Honours degree or equivalent. Applicants must submit a 500-word supporting statement detailing their academic achievements, reasons for choosing their degree, and how the MA and scholarship will contribute to their future research and career path. An academic reference letter is also required as part of the application process.
