About this opportunity

The University of Birmingham is pleased to announce scholarship awards of £5,000 for select students in the Middle East and North Africa applying for entry to an undergraduate programme at the University starting September 2026. These are joint awards with local representatives who are listed on the program page in alphabetical order. The scholarships will be awarded to the highest performing students starting their University of Birmingham programme in the 2026/2027 academic year. This scholarship can be held in conjunction with scholarships issued by other University of Birmingham departments, but not with any full University of Birmingham scholarship or any partial or full external scholarship. Selection for the award will be based on academic merit, and only under exceptional circumstances where candidates have identical grades will applicants be asked to attend an online interview.
