University of Bath Original Source

About This Opportunity

The HESPAL programme is a unique scholarship scheme supporting the capacity-building of academics and the institutional development of higher education institutions in Palestine. It aims to foster renewed and sustainable links between Palestinian and UK universities and create lasting professional networks. The British Council Palestine and the University of Bath will jointly support up to three Master's Scholarships for September 2026. The scholarship covers academic tuition fees through fee waivers, a monthly stipend, arrival and thesis allowance, and an allowance to contribute towards visa, health and travel costs. This scheme is specifically available to academic staff in Palestinian universities to study a Master's at Bath, with a particular focus on Palestinians from the Gaza strip.
