Hilda Hanson Memorial Fund

The Hilda Hanson Memorial Fund is awarded to a student in the NAIT Dental Assisting certificate program who best exemplifies the characteristics demonstrated by Hilda in her many years as a dental assistant, as an instructor at NAIT and as a wife and mother. The award recognizes students who demonstrate personal qualities of maturity, warmth, friendliness and empathy towards others, as well as a sense of humor. The ideal candidate should be willing to help others, work as a member of a team, complete tasks quickly and efficiently and must demonstrate a genuine interest and commitment to the profession of dental assisting. Students are automatically considered for this award, with no application required.
