Hinksey Labs Business and AI Scholarship

The Hinksey Labs Business and AI Scholarship is an international scholarship opportunity connecting exceptional high school students with Ivy League and Oxbridge mentors to solve challenges for real organizations. Given the rise of AI, ambitious high school students are invited to take on a unique challenge: propose and explore AI-based solutions to real-world issues faced by businesses or non-profits. The scholarship awards one full scholarship valued at approximately $2,000 and one 50% scholarship valued at approximately $1,000 towards the Hinksey Labs Scholars Program. To apply, applicants must submit a 2-4 page essay (PDF) that includes a description of the selected organization and its industry, a clear explanation of the operational or strategic challenge, and how the proposed AI-based solution solves the problem and creates value. Applicants may optionally include a link to a prototype or wireframe. The scholarship is open to high school freshmen, sophomores, and juniors with a strong academic record (typically 3.5+ GPA) who are interested in business and AI.
