About this opportunity
The History Research Support Scholarship is a merit-based funding opportunity for full-time postgraduate research students (PhD and MPhil) in the School of History at University College Cork. The scholarship has a value of €6,000 and is awarded for one year. Recipients normally possess a primary degree awarded at First-class Honours or equivalent. The scholarship supports research students who are not in receipt of Irish Research Council funding or equivalent European scholarships. Applicants must be appropriately registered full-time students, and new research students must have submitted their application to CRM at the time of applying. Selection is made on the basis of application materials and supervisor references submitted to the School of History.
