Åhmanska stiftelsen

Åhmanska stiftelsen provides funding for female students at higher education institutions and certain folk high school programs focused on agriculture, care, textile, restaurant, or teacher training. The foundation primarily supports women from Bälinge Parish and secondarily from Nyköping Municipality. According to the original charter, the foundation supports girls and young women for studies in domestic science, weaving and sewing, healthcare training, teacher education, and folk high school programs. Applications are accepted annually between August 1 and November 1, with one disbursement per year. Applicants must provide study or registration certificates from their school.
