About this opportunity
The University of Southampton offers a fee waiver to support the UK re-joining Horizon Europe, the EU's key funding programme for PhD research and innovation. This waiver funds the difference between UK and international tuition fees for PhD students for 3.5 years. The scholarship is automatically applied to eligible students who meet the residency requirements and have accepted a PhD offer. Students can use this funding in combination with other schemes including funding under the UKRI 30% rule, EU Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions MSCA doctoral networks, industry or government funding, and self-funding arrangements.
