About This Opportunity

The Horizon Fund Bursary provides financial support to undergraduate students at University of Staffordshire to help them reach their potential. Funded through generous donations from alumni, staff, former staff, and friends of the University, this bursary offers up to £2,000 for first-year undergraduates and £1,500 for second and third-year students. The bursary is designed to help students with study costs such as trips, equipment, or other items that enhance their degree experience. Recipients must live within 20 miles of the University's Staffordshire or Shropshire campuses, come from households with income below £30,000, and have joined the University from a College or School 6th Form. The bursary is paid in two instalments and does not need to be repaid. Students must be actively engaged in their studies and willing to participate in University publicity campaigns.
