Hugh Hoyles Student Life Award

The Hugh Hoyles Student Life Award is presented to students with satisfactory academic standing entering second, third, or fourth year of an undergraduate degree program at the University of Alberta. Recipients are selected based on demonstrated leadership, interest and participation in Campus & Community Recreation and student life activities. The award recognizes students who show a commitment to enhancing recreational experiences for students, alumni, faculty, and members of the local community. This endowed award was established by the family and friends of Hugh Hoyles to honor his legacy and support students who embody similar values of leadership and community engagement through recreational activities.
