Hunterville Vet Club Veterinary Scholarship

The Hunterville Vet Club Veterinary Scholarship supports fourth-year students in the Bachelor of Veterinary Science program who have a strong interest in large animal veterinary science. The scholarship is valued at $1,800, which includes $1,500 plus a $300 accommodation allowance. Recipients are required to spend two weeks seeing practice with the Hunterville Vet Club as part of the award. This provides hands-on experience in large animal veterinary practice. Two awards are available annually. Selection is based on the applicant's demonstrated interest in large animal veterinary science, academic achievements, and consideration of other scholarships or bursaries held. Applicants must submit a statement explaining why they wish to pursue a career in large animal veterinary science.
