Hyndman Scholarships for Out of Province & International Nursing Education

The Hyndman Scholarships for Out of Province & International Nursing Education are granted to nursing students who will experience an out-of-province or international placement as part of their nursing studies at UPEI. These scholarships support nursing students who will be traveling to high performing educational or medical institutions, as well as to remote or emerging communities or societies to inform their nursing education. The scholarships are designed to enhance the educational experience of nursing students through practical, real-world placements in diverse settings. These generous scholarships are made possible by the Fred & Shirley Hyndman Nursing and Health Education Fund, which demonstrates a commitment to advancing nursing education and expanding learning opportunities for students in the Faculty of Nursing.
