Iberdrola Australia Scholarships

The Iberdrola Australia Scholarships are foundation scholarships offered at Federation University Australia to support students pursuing higher education in the Gippsland region. These scholarships reflect Iberdrola Australia's commitment to putting customers and communities at the heart of the energy transition and sharing the social and economic benefits with regional communities. The program provides workforce opportunities and educational support as part of Iberdrola's broader community engagement strategy. Iberdrola Australia has been pioneering the energy transition in Australia for over twenty years and owns and operates one of the largest renewable energy portfolios in the country. The scholarships are part of their active support for both apprenticeships and scholarships, complementing their career acceleration graduate program. Eight scholarships are available, with preference given to students from geographic regions within Gippsland, particularly from areas where Iberdrola's renewable assets are located, as well as preference for women and Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander applicants.
