iCons Scholarship

The iCons Scholarship is established to support students enrolled in the iCons Program at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. The scholarship provides financial assistance to students who demonstrate financial need as determined by the UMass Amherst Office of Financial Aid. The iCons Program focuses on interdisciplinary learning, providing students with opportunities to work in interdisciplinary teams on real-world problems. The program aims to train students in articulating scientific arguments to both scientists and non-scientists, enhancing their scientific communication skills. This scholarship is designed to support students pursuing this unique interdisciplinary educational experience while addressing financial barriers to their education.
