IM Properties Stratford 46 Community Fund

The IM Properties Stratford 46 Community Fund provides grants between £2,000 and £5,000 to support community projects in the Heart of England region. The fund is aligned with IM Properties Sustainable Future Frameworks and focuses on three key priorities: People, Place, and Planet. Under the People priority, the fund supports projects promoting positive change through health and wellbeing initiatives and programs that promote inclusion and diversity within the community. The Place priority strengthens communities by promoting community cohesion, tackling social isolation, building social networks, and raising aspirations through learning opportunities for children, young people, adults, and families. The Planet priority enhances the natural environment through projects that promote education and awareness of sustainability, encourage resource efficiency through reduction, recycling and reusing of waste materials, and support environmental initiatives including wildlife and habitat creation. The fund operates through a panel review process with scheduled decision dates in March 2026, October 2026, and March 2027.
