In-Country/In Region Scholarships Programme at SEARCA FS (Scholarship for Master's Studies)

The programme aims at fostering strong, internationally oriented higher education systems in Southeast Asia with the capacity to contribute to sustainable development. To this end, scholarships are granted for development-related Master studies for individuals who plan to pursue a career in teaching and/or research at a higher education institution in Southeast Asia. The In-Country/In-Region Scholarship Programme supports studies in subject areas with strong relevance to national development. The scholarships at SEARCA are available in the following fields: Master in Food Science (Nutritional, Domestic and Food Sciences) at UPLB, UPM, or UGM. Female applicants and candidates from less privileged regions or groups are especially encouraged to participate in the programme. The scholarships are awarded for the duration of the standard period of study for the chosen programme, up to a maximum of 24 months.
