In-Country/In Region Scholarships Programme at SEARCA FS (Scholarship for PhD's Studies)

The programme aims at fostering strong, internationally oriented higher education systems in Southeast Asia with the capacity to contribute to sustainable development. Scholarships are granted for development-related PhD studies for individuals who plan to pursue a career in teaching and/or research at a higher education institution in Southeast Asia. The In-Country/In-Region Scholarship Programme supports studies in subject areas with strong relevance to national development. The scholarships at SEARCA are available in PhD Food Science at UPLB (Nutritional, Domestic and Food Sciences) and UPM (Food Science and Technology). Female applicants and candidates from less privileged regions or groups are especially encouraged to participate in the programme.
