In-Country/In Region Scholarships Programme at SEARCA NRM (Scholarship for Master's Studies)

The In-Country/In-Region Scholarship Programme at SEARCA aims at fostering strong, internationally oriented higher education systems in Southeast Asia with the capacity to contribute to sustainable development. The programme provides scholarships for development-related Master's studies for individuals who plan to pursue a career in teaching and/or research at a higher education institution in Southeast Asia. Scholarships are available at partner institutions (UPLB, KU, UPM, IPB, or UGM) in subject areas with strong relevance to national development, including Environmental Science, Sustainable Land Use and Natural Resource Management, Natural Resources and Environmental Sciences, Environmental Biotechnology/Engineering/System and Modeling, and Planning and Management of Coastal Area and Watershed. Female applicants and candidates from less privileged regions or groups are especially encouraged to apply.
