About this opportunity
Målet med tiltaket er å fremme samarbeid mellom utdanning og arbeidsliv for å utvikle sektorvise kompetansestrategier. Prosjektene skal bidra til å redusere kompetansegap, oppdatere yrkesprofiler og utvikle nye opplæringstilbud på tvers av fag- og utdanningsnivåer. Tiltaket er koblet til EUs 14 industrielle økosystemer, inkludert sektorer som grønn industri, helse, energi, bygg og anlegg, digital teknologi, turisme og landbruk. Innovasjonsallianser skal styrke Europas evne til å utvikle nye løsninger gjennom samarbeid mellom utdannelse, arbeidsliv og forskning, med fokus på digitale ferdigheter, grønn omstilling og ny teknologi.
