About this opportunity
Innovasjonsprogram Oslo 2026 provides funding for projects that contribute to solving the most important business policy challenges for Oslo. The program supports projects that strengthen Oslo's innovation system through two focus areas: cluster and network development, and entrepreneurship and growth companies. The program specifically seeks projects that support activities in incubator environments and entrepreneurship culture broadly, including commercialization of research, student entrepreneurship, and young entrepreneurship. Projects must focus on development and innovation within a clearly defined project period. Applicants can receive up to 50 percent of project financing and up to 1,500,000 NOK per project, with the remaining 50 percent covered by other financing or self-financing. The program does not support ordinary operating costs, investments, business development, urban development projects, research or development of products and solutions, or websites.
