About this opportunity

Installed Building Products believes in the power of education and its ability to change lives for the better. The Building for Tomorrow Scholarship Program is designed to enable employees and their families to pursue their educational goals. The program provides financial support to IBP employees and their family members pursuing various fields of study at accredited institutions. While candidates may pursue any field of study, preference is given to students enrolled in construction-related fields. The scholarship supports students attending two- or four-year colleges, universities, certification programs, career or technical programs, or graduate programs in the United States on either a full-time or part-time basis. The program offers standard awards of $5,000 per year for the duration of the program or degree. Additionally, one special Jay Elliott Building for Tomorrow Scholarship is awarded annually in the spring for $10,000 per year, given to the candidate demonstrating the highest financial need and character scores. Eligible candidates include IBP employees who have been continuously employed for at least one year as of the application deadline, as well as their spouses, partners, children (including adopted and step-children), and other dependents such as grandchildren, nieces, nephews, or others for whom the employee acts as parent or guardian. Proper documentation of relationship must be provided.
