Internasjonalt stipend

The International Scholarship supports international cultural exchange in arts and culture, aligned with Oslo Municipality's international strategies. The program aims to facilitate foreign artists living and working in Oslo for shorter or longer periods, and to enable Oslo-based artists to live and work abroad. The scholarship is designed to ensure quality, innovation, research, accessibility and diversity within the arts and cultural sector, enriching the city's cultural life for the benefit of its residents. Oslo-based artists and cultural workers who have been invited by an art/cultural institution abroad, or foreign artists invited by an institution in Oslo, may apply. A formal invitation from the host institution is required.
