International Engineering Program Scholarships

The Asia Institute is offering $1000 in scholarship funding to support the global competencies and knowledge of engineering students seeking to participate in global learning experiences in Asia. This scholarship is designed to enable undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students majoring or minoring in engineering to engage in international learning opportunities across Asia. The scholarship supports various types of global learning experiences including short-term faculty-led programs, semester or full-year study abroad programs, international internships, and international scholarly research. Submissions require joint application from both the student and a faculty advisor who has a working relationship with the applicant. The program aims to enhance engineering students' global perspectives and cross-cultural competencies through immersive educational experiences in Asian countries.
