International House Residential Scholarship

The International House Residential Scholarship is part of the UQ Residential Scholarships Scheme at The University of Queensland. This scholarship provides financial support for domestic undergraduate students experiencing financial hardship who are residents at International House. Since its founding in 1965, International House at The University of Queensland has played a pivotal role in creating a welcoming, safe, and supportive environment for students. This Scholarship reinforces International House's dedication to nurturing a diverse and inclusive student body, and provides a tangible means of support for students who may otherwise struggle to afford accommodation. The scholarship awards $7,000 per annum for up to 3 years, with 2 scholarships available annually. Applicants must be domestic students enrolled full-time in an approved program, be residents at International House, and demonstrate financial hardship through documentary evidence.
