The Swedish Arts Grants Committee offers grants for international exchanges and travel to support artists' opportunities to create, develop and deepen contacts abroad. The grant includes support for international exchange and travel abroad as well as international exchange in Sweden. Artists can apply for support to participate in exhibitions, residencies, seminars, conferences, workshops, or self-initiated trips for research, professional development, or networking. For exchanges in Sweden, artists can invite foreign artists for collaborations. The grant primarily covers travel and living expenses, and in some cases transport costs and participation fees. Production costs, fees or salaries are not covered. Artists must be professionally active within visual and applied arts including fine arts, photography, design, crafts, illustration, textile art or architecture.
