About this opportunity

The Interreg Sverige–Norge (Sweden–Norway) program is an EU cross-border cooperation program that provides funding for development projects involving collaboration between Swedish and Norwegian partners in the border region. The program supports three types of projects: preparatory projects (forprosjekt), small-scale projects, and main projects. Funding is available under four main priorities: (1) A smarter border region focusing on innovation and competitiveness of SMEs; (2) A greener border region addressing climate, environment, and circular economy; (3) A more social border region covering joint labor markets, education, and culture/tourism sectors; (4) A stronger border region promoting local community development. Both public, private, and voluntary sector organizations can apply. The program aims to address cross-border challenges by leveraging the border as a resource, utilizing complementary resources and skills, or reducing border obstacles.
