About this opportunity

The IODE War Memorial Doctoral Scholarship was established to honour the memory of the men and women who gave their lives for Canada in World Wars I and II. The scholarship provides awards for doctoral study in Canada or other Commonwealth countries. Three scholarships of $15,000 each are available annually for students enrolled in doctoral programs. Candidates must be Canadian citizens, hold a Master's degree, hold a first degree from a Canadian university, and be enrolled in at least the second year of a doctoral program at the time of application. The scholarship supports full-time doctoral studies across all areas of study without restriction to specific fields or disciplines.
