ISAC MAP Grant (Monetary Award Program)

The Illinois Student Assistance Commission (ISAC) MAP Grant (Monetary Award Program) provides financial assistance to Illinois residents attending approved postsecondary institutions in Illinois. The program supports students pursuing associate or baccalaureate degrees, or programs yielding certificates or diplomas in health education. MAP grants are need-based awards designed to help eligible students afford college education at approved Illinois institutions. Students must demonstrate financial need, maintain satisfactory academic progress, and meet Illinois residency requirements. The grant is available for students enrolled at least 3 credit hours per term and can provide up to $8,064 per year in assistance.
