Isobel Secord Memorial Dean's Entrance Citation in Nursing - Renewable

The Isobel Secord Memorial Dean's Entrance Citation in Nursing is awarded to a student entering an undergraduate degree program in the Faculty of Nursing at the University of Alberta. The scholarship is awarded on the basis of Admission average (approximately 95% or above) and on coursework completed at the post-secondary level. This is a renewable scholarship that provides funding support for up to four years of undergraduate nursing education. Receipt of funding for the second, third, and fourth years is contingent upon the recipient achieving a minimum GPA of 3.5 on a minimum of 24 credits over the most recent September to April period in the Faculty of Nursing each year. The scholarship was established through an endowed bequest from the Estate of Isobel Secord to support exceptional nursing students.
