Jacob and Rita Loreen Spyker Memorial 2nd Year Nursing Bursary

The Jacob and Rita Loreen Spyker Memorial 2nd Year Nursing Bursary supports first-year nursing students at Red Deer Polytechnic who are continuing into their second year of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing program. This bursary is awarded based on financial need and provides significant support to students pursuing careers in nursing. The award gives preference to students who identify as members of Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) communities, supporting diversity and inclusion in the nursing profession. Recipients must be enrolled full-time in both their first and second years of the nursing program at Red Deer Polytechnic.
