Established by James A. Russell, PhD '72, this scholarship supports incoming freshmen who have graduated from Williamsville South High School in Williamsville, NY. Recipients must demonstrate financial need, with domestic students required to complete the FAFSA and international students submitting a financial need statement via the general application. Applicants must have maintained a high school average of 3.6 GPA or better.
