James L. Maddex, Jr. Scholarship

The James L. Maddex, Jr. Scholarship provides scholarship awards to students who are enrolled in good standing in an undergraduate or graduate academic program in the Department of Criminal Justice at Georgia State University. Recipients must be in good academic standing at Georgia State University and be majoring in a field included in the Criminal Justice Department. Students must earn and maintain a 3.0 or higher GPA (or the required minimum for their degree program, whichever is higher). Applicants must demonstrate merit in a letter of application and a statement of goals, and demonstrate financial need as determined by the GSU Financial Aid Office. Students will be automatically considered based on their completed General Application.
