About This Opportunity
The Jane Sekulski Scholarship supports new incoming first-year students who are graduates of Milwaukee Public Schools and residents of the City of Milwaukee. The scholarship awards $2,000 to students who have demonstrated financial need by filing a FAFSA. Priority preference is given to students enrolled in music or music education degree programs; second preference goes to education degree programs leading to teaching careers; and third preference goes to nursing degree programs. Applicants may not be double majors outside of these three areas. This is a non-renewable scholarship awarded annually to eligible first-year students admitted by the February 1st deadline.
