Jawl PhD Student Scholarship for Research Excellence

The Jawl PhD Student Scholarship for Research Excellence is awarded to outstanding PhD students in the Sardul S. Gill Graduate School at the Peter B. Gustavson School of Business at the University of Victoria. One or more scholarships are available annually to support doctoral students demonstrating exceptional research excellence. The scholarship amount varies and is awarded based on nominations from eligible academic units. Recipients must maintain a minimum A- average and meet any additional criteria established by the donor. Approval of recipients is made by the Faculty of Graduate Studies Graduate Awards Committee upon the recommendation of the Faculty of Business. This is a nomination-based award that does not require a separate application from students. Recipients must be enrolled as full-time graduate students and maintain minimum academic standing to retain the funding.
