JCB Engineering Scholarship (with one year work placement)

The JCB Engineering Scholarship is open to all Year 2 BEng/MEng students studying at Harper Adams University who are interested in pursuing a career in Engineering with JCB. A placement year with JCB must be suitable for the student's course area. The successful recipient will receive a significant contribution towards their education of £4,500 in the year prior to placement, along with employment with JCB during their placement year. The award will be paid in two equal parts: half in February 2026 and the remaining balance in May 2026. This is a competitive award which will be evaluated on merit of the submitted application, academic achievements to date, and interview. Students must apply via the Student Dashboard placement pages, and may only apply for a maximum of three placement-based scholarships.
