About this opportunity
The Jean E. Hoffmann Scholarship is awarded to select School of Education undergraduate, post-baccalaureate, and/or international students at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. The scholarship supports students enrolled in Inclusive Early Childhood Education, Birth-Grades 3 and/or Elementary and Middle Education, K-9 programs within the School of Education who are starting their Student Teaching program requirements during the year they receive the scholarship. Applicants must have graduated from high school in Milwaukee County, completed the FAFSA if applicable, and demonstrate academic merit with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0. Strong preference is given to students who graduated from Milwaukee Public Schools. This scholarship supports future educators during a critical phase of their training as they transition into student teaching.
