Jean Straith Cook Entrance Scholarship in Music

The Jean Straith Cook Entrance Scholarship in Music is awarded to students entering the Music program at the University of Saskatchewan. This entrance scholarship recognizes students with strong academic achievement and musical talent. The scholarship is awarded based on both high school academic performance (minimum 75% average) and a music audition. The scholarship was established by Charlotte Cook in memory of her mother, Jean Straith Cook, to support incoming music students in the College of Arts & Science or the College of Education at USask.
