Jiin Yu Julia Hsiao Memorial Award

The Jiin Yu Julia Hsiao Memorial Award is awarded annually to an engineering student who has completed their third year of study and has demonstrated creativity, empathy, and life-long learning in their individual pursuit of engineering. The recipient must have a cumulative average of 80% and must intend to continue their fourth year at UPEI Sustainable Design and Engineering. The award recognizes outstanding engineering students who embody key qualities of innovation and compassion in their academic and professional development. The recipient is recommended by the Engineering department based on demonstrated excellence and commitment to the field.
