Jim and June Giffin Scholarship

The Jim and June Giffin Scholarship is awarded to junior students enrolled in a Bachelor of Science in Business degree program at Eastern Illinois University. The scholarship requires recipients to maintain at least a 3.0 GPA and demonstrate financial need as determined by the University's Financial Aid office. This renewable scholarship supports students throughout their junior and senior years, covering four semesters total. To remain eligible for renewal, recipients must continue their enrollment in a Business program at EIU, carry at least 12 semester hours per semester, and maintain the required 3.0 GPA. The scholarship is announced in the spring semester and awarded in the fall semester.
