About This Opportunity
The Joan Ethier Women in Science Award is awarded to students who identify as women with a GPA of 2.5 or greater enrolled in the third or fourth year of a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Computing Science, Geology, Mathematics, Statistics or Physics in the Faculty of Science at the University of Alberta. Selection is based on academic standing and indicated financial need. Preference is given to students enrolled in Computing Science. This award is funded through endowed funds by Joan Ethier.
