About this opportunity
The Joe and Elaine Rushing Scholarship supports students enrolled at Tarrant County College who are pursuing an associate degree or certificate of completion. The scholarship is designed to assist students who demonstrate financial need according to federal guidelines. Recipients must maintain at least a 2.5 GPA at TCC or, if they are first-time students, have a high school equivalent or passing GED score. Students must be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours or full-time enrollment as defined by their program during the award period.
This scholarship is renewable for the spring semester if recipients maintain a minimum semester GPA of 2.5 and complete at least 6 credit hours (or full-time enrollment as defined by their program) in the fall semester.
